Shipping:

Most orders received Mon-Fri, will be shipped within 2 business days or less. Delivery times depend on the state your order is being shipped to. All orders are shipped from California.

We will contact you via email if there are any questions, changes, or delays in shipping your order. Once the order is received and accepted, you will receive an email confirming the order.

All orders received from Friday noon through Sunday are shipped on Monday. We have a huge selection of ink cartridges and toners but sometimes we are not able to keep some items in stock, in which case it may take additional 3-4 business days to ship.

Shipping costs for orders depend upon the methods and options you choose.

Orders of $50.00 or more are eligible for FREE UPS Ground Shipping. For additional shipping costs please see tables below:

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail will be substituted for UPS Ground and charged at the following rates for Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories / APO / FPO ONLY!

Refused shipments will be charged twice the normal shipping fee.
