Easy Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased at inktonersuperstore.com for any reason within the first 30 days, complete our Returns & Warranty Form, we will take it back subject to terms and conditions.

Returns & Warranty requests are processed within 2 (TWO) normal business weekdays, Monday through Friday.

At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the instructions on how to ship the item back. You can also call our customer service department if you have any question on the return.

Make sure you provide us the same email address what you used at the time of purchase.

    You can return it for a full merchandise refund under the following conditions:
  • Usually, but not always, the merchandise must be sent back in its original unopened packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces.
  • If the product is defective and you got the return authorization by calling our customer service department, such product must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. Return all products 100% complete to get the credit.
  • The package MUST have your Order Number on the return label! Returns without an Order # will not be processed and may be refused!
  • For all replacements, we will bill the credit card on file for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, & process your product refund to the credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.
  • If a warranty replacement is 'No longer Available' after the first 30 days, we may issue in-store credit.
  • If your current shipping address is different than the shipping address on the original order please note it in the Comments Section.
  • When we credit or refund the return product, shipping charges are not refundable unless we sent a wrong or defective product. Please note that we exchange items only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • We cannot accommodate Return shipping fees for locations outside of the USA.
  • If you refuse the shipments you ordered we will charge a minimum of 15% restocking fee. You can’t cancel or modify the order once it s shipped.
  • For all unopened items, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances, we will issue you an RMA and provide you with the address to ship the product. You will bear the expense to return the product to us in its original condition.
  • We don’t accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
  • If the defective product is the OEM product, you must contact us in 15 days and get an authorization to return or replacement of the product. After 15 days you need to contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Other products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date depending upon the other terms and conditions.
  • Damaged or defective products may be replaced with the same products only and they will be inspected first upon return for the defect before issuing a credit or replacement.
  • If the product has been used over 20% of the ink or toner, we will not accept the return even if it becomes defective.
  • Failure to return the product completely and/ or within the return policy period will be deemed to have been accepted.
NOTE: To ensure you have least inconvenience, we will often send replacement products while waiting for the initially-purchased product to be returned. If the replaced item is not received by us, you will be charged an additional fee for the replaced item.
