1. What is the difference between OEM and re-manufactured or compatible products?

OEM products are original manufacturer printer ink cartridges and laser toners. Re-manufactured printer supplies are reproduced by manufacturers other that the original manufacturer. These products can be very cost effective.

2. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes. A 30 day full warranty against manufacturer defect exists on all of our compatible and re-manufactured products! Use the Returns & Warranty Form to obtain replacements.

3. How soon after I order will I receive my printer supplies?

Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping (the last item in stock may be damaged or defective or our inventory numbers are incorrect). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on backorder. You will have the option to cancel. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

Please note that although we do our best to update the availability of our products on the site, at times it may be incorrect.
